CAD Facility

Naturally, we have the facility to produce components directly from CAD data supplied by our customers - from tooling design to final component inspection. We can accept data in serveral standard formats, including IGES, IDEAS, PDGS and Catia.

Quality Department

Our reputation is built on setting and maintaining the highest possible standards. Every component we produce is subject to the most stringent inspection criteria both during manufacture and on completion, using either our own in-house standards or those specified by our customers. Full inspection reports can be produced to verify that all components conform to the data supplied.

We hold ISO9001:2000 certification and we are currently working towards ISO/TS1694:2002. We also hold approvals from many individual companies following their audits.
