Our prototype capability at PAB has long been recognised as a key element in the long standing relationships we have with the major players in the UK automotive industry.

Today, our prototype team at Coventry work on projects in the aerospace, defence, HVAC as well as automotive sectors.

From initial concept meetings to receiving CAD data and or drawings we produce the exact tooling required for your prototype. Handmade and pressed component projects are individually handled for our customers by our project management team to ensure timely staged job approval, testing and completion to the highest possible quality standards.

Our extensive investment on Plant and equipment enable us to produce highly complex components and assemblies utilising minimal tool cost precision manufacturing methods.

We recognise the importance at the design/Prototype stage to minimise our Clients initial tool investment. Our facilities at PAB are dedicated to achieve this goal for our Clients.
