HFQ® technology is changing manufacturing processes for businesses in the North East and across the UK. PAB is at the forefront of this technology and is working on a number of projects with engineers and manufacturers across the North East.

Located in the Midlands, PAB is located near the UK’s motorway network and is easily placed to work with businesses across the North East.

Developed by Professor Lin of Imperial College London and Professor Dean of the University of Birmingham, and Impression Technologies Limited, HFQ® technology provides a cost-effective means of producing lightweight, complex aluminium components, opening the door to a new generation of solutions for the automotive, aerospace and rail industries.

PAB acknowledges the impact that HFQ® Technology is going to have on manufacturers in the North East and in particular in the transport industry where a lightweight yet robust metal will help manufacturers from across the sectors produce vehicles use less energy, but without any compromise on performance.
